Update a Shipping Rate for a certain combination of Shipping Group and Shipping Class.
Required Parameters
| shipping_group_id |
The numerical ID of the Shipping Group. |
| shipping_class_id |
The numerical ID of the Shipping Class. |
| first_item_in_cents |
The shipping price in cents of the first item in the order. |
| additional_item_in_cents |
The shipping price in cents of each additional item in the order. |
